Chalets Royal is within walking distance of the Tatranská Lomnica-Štart ski area. The Ski Resort and Chalet Royal are divided only by the parking lot under the ski slope. There is also a private ski storage room.

Within walking distance of Chalets Royal is the cable car Tatranská Lomnica Štart, which will take you to Skalnaté Pleso with a possible transfer to Lomnické Sedlo or directly to Lomnický Štít.
